Larry V. Miller

May 2016 marks Larry Miller's 46th year as an employee of Summit Hills Country Club. He began as a dishwasher and served in the capacity of cook, bartender, executive chef, food and beverage director. He now holds the position of Club House Manager. He has a BS from the University of Cincinnati in Education, he is a Certified Executive Chef (CEC)(by the American Culinary Federation) and also a Certified Club Manager (CCM) (by the Club Managers of America Association). He taught school for a period of 5 years and worked at the club on weekends, holidays and summers while teaching.

Greens Superintendent

John Cahill has worked at Summit Hills Country Club since 1978. He began work as a part of the grounds crew while he was in high school. After high school he spent four years at the University of Kentucky studying agronomy before he returned to Northern Kentucky to take the position of Assistant Superintendent in 1981. In 1994 he took over for Pete Cahill as Superintendent continuing the Cahill tradition becoming only the third Superintendent at SHCC following Pete and his grandfather Jim. Since then he has accomplished many improvements to the golf course including an irrigation system, redesign of the back 9 and new bunkers throughout the course. 


Jaime Lewis 

Dining Room Manager

Jaime started at Summit in June 1999 as a part-time Dining Room server, and quickly became the Golf Outings server. When John Carey became the General Manager at Summit, Jaime's hard work continued and she was promoted to a full-time server. She took extra responsibility and initiative over the years, and became Summit's Dining Room manager in 2011. Since then, Jaime has helped make Summit's Dining Room Staff the best that Dining has to offer! Through her experiences, she created the Summit Hills Dining Room Training Program that has given Summit Hills servers the training, awareness, and ability to provide the best possible service to our members. She is always striving to make the Summit Hills dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Her consistent smile and positivity makes us all feel right at home at Summit Hills!


Chris Marsh

Bar Manager

Chris joined the Summit Hills crew in October of 2006. He has gained experience in every aspect of our Dining team since his arrival. He started as a busser in our Dining Room and was promoted to server in 2011. He was then given an opportunity to become a bartender, and has loved it ever since. Through his determination and hard work, he was promoted to Bar Manager in 2015.
